Computer Services (CS) is responsible for the
implementation, support and management of computer-based
information systems, particularly software applications and
computer hardware ranging from a desktop PC to high-end
servers and routers. It is a one-stop-shop for all the IT
Infrastructure Management needs of Allianz UK and India.
In Allianz, Computer Services follows the Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice
approach to facilitate the delivery of high quality IT
services. We have an extensive set of management procedures
that are intended to support business in achieving both high
financial quality and value in IT operations. Within
Computer Services, all our operational staff are ITIL v3
Foundation trained and certified.
Computer Services plays an integral part in providing IT
services to customers both in UK and India. A variety of
functions eg: Service Desk, Security Administration,
Procurement Administration, Service Delivery, Mainframe
